Delete your data

This page applies to any Lurawood Labs project that does not publish its own data deletion instructions. For Fitcast and IoT Parrot, follow the product-specific pages linked from those project pages instead.

How to request deletion

Email hello@lurawoodlabs.com from the email address tied to your data. Use the subject “Delete my data” and name the project. We will confirm and process your request within 30 days.

What we hold for most projects

Most Lurawood Labs projects store little or no personal data. Common records that may exist:

• An email address used to sign in or to request beta access
• Support correspondence (message text and dates)
• For projects that host user-provided content, the content itself and the account record tied to it

What is retained

• Support request records are retained for up to 12 months for support and abuse-prevention purposes before being deleted automatically.
• Records required by accounting, tax, or consumer-protection regulations (for example, hardware or paid-service orders) are retained for the period those regulations require, and are disassociated from your contact information when possible.
• For up to 30 days after deletion, your data may continue to exist in encrypted server backups before being permanently purged.
